About Hellene Nincsics

I’m Hellene Nincsics, the spark behind JuicyJoy.

I am certified and trained in hypnosis, NLP, energy psychology and specialised kinesiology, with a Professional Certificate in Holistic Wellness Coaching from Nature Care College. I also hold a degree in secondary teaching and have years of experience leading supported learning departments, creating personalised and behavioural plans for students who needed extra care. Alongside this, I have worked extensively as an NDIS behavioural therapy assistant, supporting clients and families with complex needs.

This blend of professional training and real-world experience means I can meet people where they are. Whether someone comes from a background of high performance, teaching, parenting, or caring, I understand both the challenges of holding it all together and the quiet toll it takes inside.

My work is holistic but never overwhelming. I bring together the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual dimensions of healing in a way that is clear, practical and tailored. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, delivered with the insight of a teacher and the compassion of someone who has walked the path of recalibration herself.

I created the Juicy Joy Compass™ and Triangle™ because I saw how often people had done “the work” in one area — mindset, body, or spirit — but still felt incomplete. The pieces had never been integrated. These frameworks bring all the parts together, so you can stop bracing, start softening, and finally feel at home in yourself again.

My Story

From Bottled-Up to JuicyJoy:

Why Healing Doesn’t Have to Hurt

Eventually, my body started screaming what I refused to say. Finger rubbing, jaw clenching, nervous habits, the silent signs of a system overloaded.

People called me heartless. Rude. A bitch. But I wasn’t. I was drowning. And I didn’t have space for anyone else’s pain when mine was already swallowing me whole.

It wasn’t until I found gentle, trauma-informed modalities like NLP, EFT, Timeline Therapy®, and energy-based work that I finally understood what “processing emotions” really meant. Not talking it out for years. Not reliving it all. But gently releasing what no longer belonged in my nervous system. Rewiring the stories. Reclaiming my calm.

For as long as I can remember, people have said, “I don’t know what it is about you, but you just have something, a way of helping people feel better.” And honestly, they’re right. Whether I was working as a teacher, beauty therapist, support worker, friend, or even helping a stranger in a car park, I’ve always known my purpose is to lift others, to be a quiet place to land when the world feels heavy.

But what people don’t always know is that I haven’t just helped others through their hardest moments, I’ve also had to claw my way through my own.

I grew up in an era where we didn’t talk about emotions. We didn’t say “I love you,” let alone unpack anxiety. I became an expert in people-pleasing, in holding space for everyone but myself. I bottled everything up, my fear, my sadness, my anger. And like so many, it led me straight into burnout.

I tried traditional therapy, but it never felt right. I still remember the psychologist who showed me pictures of the Mooney Mooney bridge in an attempt to “fix” my fear of driving over it. He told me to just do it, to push through. But anxiety isn’t a switch you flip. It starts the night before. It lives in the tight chest, the racing thoughts, the clenched jaw at 2 a.m.

And when someone tells you to “just get over it,” it only adds another layer of shame.

This work changed everything. It gave me back my energy, my identity, my JuicyJoy.

And that’s the magic I now offer others. Not with endless sessions or band-aid strategies. But with short-term, transformational work that gives you tools for life.

If you feel like you’re on autopilot…If your body is buzzing by 7pm, and you can’t remember the last time you laughed from your belly…If you’re numb, exhausted, and just trying to get through the day…

Then maybe it’s time.

Not to push through. Not to relive it all. But to finally release it, gently, powerfully, and on your own terms.

You are not broken. You’re just buffering, You are squishy and important. And your JuicyJoy is still in there, waiting to be felt again.
